Love oh love. Where for art thou love? Well, if you are reading this blog then probably not in your relationship. Look, the first step to finding true love is to admit when the love you have is just not good.
There is a song that says, “if you can’t love the one you want. Than love the one you’re with.”
But not the relationship impaired. They, we, I can not truly love. We lean, into Trauma like it was the first time. Our past leads us down a wick road of self abuse. So, we can never truly love the ones we are with, until we learn to love the one in the mirror.
