Slow Cooker Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients Checklist

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes


  • Step 1Drizzle olive oil into the slow cooker. Place chicken breasts on top of oil and season each breast with salt and pepper.
